Streaming couldn't be easier on the X300, as the Android-based system allows users to download the apps of their choice, from Amazon Prime through to YouTube and Plex for video, whilst Tidal, Spotify and Apple Music (amongst others) cater nicely for music lovers. Downloaded contact iseasilyaccessed and can be stored on board with the addition of an HDD via the rear dock.

In addition to the accurate output of regular integer frames (24 fps, 25 fps, 30 fps, 50 fps, 60 fps, 120 fps), the dp player can also support point-to-point accurate matching output of 23.976 fps, 29.97 fps, 59.94 fps and other movie raw frame rates. This effectively avoids any pause caused by the interpolation of the large dynamic playback system, and ensures that the viewing picture is smoother.
